License Grant: Each license key is valid for activation on one domain only, unless otherwise stated in your purchase plan. Resale, redistribution, sharing, leasing, or sublicensing of license keys is strictly prohibited. You may request a domain transfer only with prior written approval.
Acceptable Use: WPAuditor may be used solely for legitimate WordPress security and monitoring purposes. You must not use the Software for any unlawful, harmful, or malicious activity, including but not limited to unauthorized intrusion attempts, exploiting vulnerabilities without consent, or distributing malware.
Updates & Support: Active license holders are entitled to software updates, bug fixes, and support services during the license validity period. Once a license expires, access to updates and support will be discontinued unless renewed.
Availability: We strive to provide reliable, continuous, and error-free operation of WPAuditor. However, we do not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every WordPress environment. Occasional downtime or unexpected behavior may occur.
Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your license immediately if you violate these Terms, misuse the Software in ways that may harm others, or engage in fraud, abuse, or illegal activity. Upon termination, you must stop using WPAuditor and remove it from all systems.
Limitation of Liability: WPAuditor is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Software.
Changes to Terms: We may update or revise these Terms from time to time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of WPAuditor after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
