Guarantee Period:
You may request a full refund of the amount paid within 14 calendar days of completing your eligible initial purchase. Eligibility is measured from the purchase date and time recorded on your receipt.
Eligible Purchases:
The guarantee covers the first paid purchase of a standard WPAuditor Pro Yearly or Pro Lifetime license made through our authorized checkout. Activating, downloading, installing, or testing the plugin does not by itself remove your eligibility. Promotional and coupon purchases remain eligible, but any refund is limited to the amount actually paid.
No Technical Justification Required:
You may request an eligible refund because WPAuditor is not the right fit for your needs. You are not required to complete troubleshooting or accept technical assistance before requesting it. We may ask for brief feedback, but providing feedback is optional and does not determine eligibility.
How to Request a Refund:
Email [email protected] from the address used at checkout. Include your order number or receipt reference and the name of the purchased plan. We may request limited information needed to locate and verify the order. Please do not send card numbers, passwords, or API keys.
Refund Method and Timing:
Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, the merchant of record. Approved refunds are returned through Lemon Squeezy to the original payment method. Lemon Squeezy states that a processed refund can take up to 10 days to appear on a customer statement; the exact timing may depend on the bank or payment provider. Currency-conversion differences or external bank charges are outside WPAuditor's control.
Renewals and Cancellations:
Where Pro Yearly is identified at checkout as an automatically renewing subscription, renewal payments are not covered by the first-purchase guarantee unless required by law or the charge resulted from a verified billing error. You may cancel future renewal through the Lemon Squeezy customer portal linked from your receipt. Cancellation prevents future renewal but does not automatically refund a payment already completed. An approved refund of an initial Yearly purchase will also end the associated commercial license entitlement and subscription access.
Exclusions:
The guarantee does not cover requests submitted after the 14-day period; renewal payments; free licenses; bank, currency-conversion, or third-party charges; custom Agency agreements unless the applicable quote or order expressly includes a refund right; purchases made through an unauthorized reseller; or an order that cannot reasonably be verified. These exclusions do not limit any non-waivable right provided by applicable law.
Abuse, Fraud, and Chargebacks:
We may decline or refer a request to Lemon Squeezy when there is reasonable evidence of fraud, repeated use of the guarantee to obtain renewed commercial access without payment, a materially false order claim, or an active chargeback or payment dispute covering the same transaction. The voluntary guarantee is limited to one qualifying refund per customer or purchasing account. Neither this limitation nor an abuse determination restricts any refund or remedy that applicable law does not allow us to waive.
What Happens After a Refund:
When a refund is completed, the related commercial license key is deactivated. Access to official paid updates, customer downloads, activation services, and other license-dependent Pro services ends. A refund does not remove any rights that an applicable open-source license grants for software code already lawfully received, but it does end the refunded commercial entitlement and any right to represent the key or associated services as active.
Statutory Rights:
This voluntary 14-day guarantee is additional to any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you. Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or replaces a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived. Digital-content cancellation and refund rules vary by location and may depend on when access, downloading, activation, or performance begins.
