These Terms govern your purchase and use of WPAuditor software, license keys, updates, and related services. By purchasing, activating, or using WPAuditor, you agree to these Terms and the linked policies.
License Grant and Site Coverage:
WPAuditor software is distributed under the open-source license stated with the applicable software, including GPLv2 or later where identified. Those open-source terms govern your rights to use, modify, and redistribute the covered software code. Separately, unless an order expressly states otherwise, each paid commercial license key may be activated on one WordPress production domain. A subdomain is treated as a separate site and requires a separate commercial entitlement. Agency site allowances are defined in the applicable quote or order. License keys, customer accounts, official download access, update entitlement, activation services, and other license-dependent services may not be shared, leased, sublicensed, or resold. These commercial restrictions do not reduce rights granted by an applicable open-source license.
Pro Yearly:
A Pro Yearly commercial entitlement is valid for 12 months from purchase or renewal. It includes access to the Pro features, official plugin updates, and bug fixes made available during that term. Where the checkout identifies the purchase as an automatically renewing subscription, it renews at the regular price disclosed at checkout or communicated before renewal unless cancelled through the Lemon Squeezy customer portal before the renewal date. If the entitlement expires, access to official paid updates and license-dependent Pro services ends unless it is renewed; rights granted under the software's open-source license are unaffected.
Pro Lifetime:
A Pro Lifetime license is a one-time purchase for the number of WordPress sites stated in the order and has no annual renewal fee. “Lifetime” means the commercial lifetime of WPAuditor Pro as a product—not the lifetime of the purchaser, a website, or any individual. While WPAuditor Pro remains actively maintained and distributed, the Lifetime license includes access to the licensed Pro features and generally available plugin updates for that product tier, subject to these Terms.
Product Changes and Discontinuation:
WPAuditor may add, modify, replace, or remove features when reasonably necessary for security, compatibility, legal compliance, product development, or third-party changes. If WPAuditor Pro is permanently discontinued, the commercial product lifetime ends and future updates, downloads, activation services, and connected services may end. An existing installation may continue to operate where technically possible, but continued compatibility, availability, or security cannot be guaranteed after discontinuation.
Updates and Optional Assistance:
Updates are provided for compatible WordPress, PHP, database, and browser environments while the applicable update entitlement remains active. WPAuditor licenses do not include guaranteed technical support, response times, setup assistance, customization, incident response, malware removal, or data recovery. We may provide documentation, community assistance, or best-effort help at our discretion, but availability, response, and resolution are not guaranteed and may be modified or discontinued. Any professional or managed assistance requires a separate written agreement.
AI Analyst and Third-Party Providers:
AI Analyst features may connect to independent AI model providers selected or configured by you. Provider accounts, API keys, subscriptions, usage fees, rate limits, availability, data handling, and provider terms are your responsibility unless an order expressly states otherwise. These third-party costs are not included in a WPAuditor license. AI-generated analysis may be incomplete or inaccurate and must not be treated as a substitute for professional security judgment. You are responsible for reviewing what information is sent to an AI provider and for complying with your privacy and data-protection obligations.
Prices, Payments, and Taxes:
Prices are shown in the stated currency and may change for future purchases. You are responsible for applicable taxes, duties, bank charges, and currency-conversion fees unless checkout states otherwise. A price change does not convert an already purchased Lifetime license into a recurring plan.
Promotions and Coupons:
Promotional offers are available only during the stated campaign period and may be limited by plan, customer, quantity, or redemption count. Unless checkout expressly identifies a recurring discount, a discount applies only to the initial purchase. A discounted Pro Yearly plan renews at the then-current regular Yearly price. A discounted Pro Lifetime plan remains a one-time purchase. Coupons have no cash value, cannot be combined unless expressly permitted, and may be withdrawn or corrected before purchase in cases of error, abuse, fraud, or technical malfunction.
Refunds:
Eligible paid purchases are covered by the published 14-day money-back guarantee, subject to the conditions and exclusions in the Refund Policy. Refund eligibility is measured from the original purchase date unless the Refund Policy expressly states otherwise.
Acceptable Use:
WPAuditor may be used only for lawful WordPress security, visibility, testing, investigation, and response on systems you own or are authorized to assess. You must not use it for unauthorized access, malicious exploitation, surveillance without lawful authority, malware distribution, credential theft, service disruption, or any activity that violates applicable law or third-party rights.
Your Responsibilities:
You are responsible for maintaining secure administrator access, current backups, supported software versions, appropriate hosting security, and safe configuration. WPAuditor is one part of a security program and does not guarantee that every attack, vulnerability, file change, account compromise, data loss, or service interruption will be detected, prevented, or repaired.
Availability:
We aim for reliable operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free software, licensing, update, AI-provider, or connected-service availability. We do not guarantee compatibility with every WordPress configuration, hosting environment, plugin, theme, browser, PHP version, or third-party service.
Termination:
We may suspend or terminate license-key, account, update, or connected-service access for material violations, misuse, fraud, chargebacks, abuse, security threats, or illegal activity. Where reasonable, we may provide notice and an opportunity to remedy the violation. Termination does not create a refund right except where required by law or the Refund Policy.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability:
WPAuditor is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties except those that cannot legally be excluded. To the maximum extent permitted by law, WPAuditor and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential losses, including loss of data, revenue, profits, reputation, security, or business opportunity. To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability arising from a paid plan will not exceed the amount you paid for the plan giving rise to the claim.
Changes to Terms:
We may update these Terms to reflect legal, security, operational, or product changes. The revised effective date will be posted on this page. When reasonably practicable, material changes will also be communicated before they take effect through a prominent website or plugin notice or available customer contact information. Material changes apply prospectively and do not convert an already purchased Lifetime license into a recurring plan. Continued use after revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
Governing Law:
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws in your jurisdiction apply.
