Each license key is valid for activation on one domain only. Resale, redistribution, sharing, leasing, or sublicensing is strictly prohibited.
Acceptable Use:
WPAuditor may be used only for lawful WordPress security and monitoring. You must not use it for unlawful, harmful, or malicious activity, including unauthorized access attempts, exploiting vulnerabilities without consent, or distributing malware.
Updates & Support:
Active licenses include updates, bug fixes, and support during the license term. Access ends when the license expires unless renewed.
Availability:
We aim for reliable operation, but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service or compatibility with every WordPress environment.
Termination:
We may suspend or terminate your license immediately for violations, misuse, fraud, abuse, or illegal activity.
Limitation of Liability:
WPAuditor is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Your remedy is to stop using the software.
Changes to Terms:
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing Law:
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
